At My Dental Team we are dedicated to providing a seamless and punctual experience for our patients, however last-minute cancellations and missed appointments can greatly impact other patients.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to other patients that may be waiting to see a practitioner, by calling no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot attend. Attempts to cancel your appointment through any of our social media platforms is not an acceptable means of cancellation. Please call the practice on 1300 698 326.
Cancellations and rebookings less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a $50 deposit to rebook which will be taken off the cost of your next appointment. If you cancel this appointment again within 24 hours, or fail to attend, this deposit is forfeited and you will be required to pay a $100 deposit towards your next appointment. Deposits can be paid over the phone, via bank transfer or within the clinic.
A courtesy reminder text is sent 48 hours prior to your booking to help you avoid any cancellation expenses, however please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any late arrivals or missed appointments.
