Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The health and safety of our patients and staff is of utmost concern to us. We are monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak situation closely and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns of our patients. Our practices currently remain open, however we are following directions from the Australian Dental Association and the Department of Health and are adapting daily to the advice we receive.

Please review the questions below, if you answer yes to any of these questions, please contact our practice to postpone treatment for 14 days. During this period, all cancellation fees will be wavered. 

Have you travelled overseas in the past 14 days?

Do you feel unwell? Including, but not limited to, symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath?

Have you had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

Measures have also been put in place to minimise the risk and spread to our patients and staff:

Our staff are trained in comprehensive and appropriate medical grade infection control procedures and will continue to uphold our high clinical and sanitation standards.

All magazines, toys and iPads have been removed from our waiting rooms.

Patients are required to use hand sanitiser provided before and after their appointment.

Attendance limits are in place. All non-essential visitors must not come into the treatment rooms. We ask that all patients over the age of 18 attend their appointment on their own. Patients under 18 should only be accompanied by 1 parent or guardian if necessary.

These measures are in place to protect the patients, staff and community that come into contact with the practice. As a result, the next time we have the privilege of welcoming you into our practice, you can know our commitment to your health and safety remains as steadfast as ever.
