You are unwell, including but not limited to symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath.
You have had any contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
During this period, our cancellation policy will not be enforced if you are rescheduling due to illness.
As always, the safety of our patients, their families and our staff are our top priority. For this reason, we have implemented the following procedures:
COVID 19 Screening – if you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days, have been in contact with a confirmed COVID 19 case, or are experiencing any fevers or respiratory symptoms (even if only mild), we will be required to reschedule your appointment.
Temperature checking – all patients, family members and staff will be checked upon entering the practice.
Hand sanitiser – must be used by all patients and family members entering into the practice.
Social distancing – only one parent is to attend the appointment with a child under the age of 18 years. Anyone over 18 will be required to attend their appointment with us on their own.
All magazines and iPads have been removed from the reception area.
All team members will be wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and keeping to high infection control standards.
